By ordering, You grant us the right to add Your contact details to our database and contact You from time to time about Your orders and offers. You can easily be removed by contacting us at info@courtneyzheng.com.au

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of Your order. We will email You confirmation of the receipt of Your purchase order however, Courtney Zheng reserves the right after receipt of Your Order to decline it for any reason or to supply less than the quantity You ordered of any item. Upon cancellation we will contact You using the details provided.

Payment must be made at the time of submitting the Purchase Order and can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Afterpay or PayPal only. You warrant that You are an authorised user of the payment method used to complete the order. The Purchase Order must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the Agreement. All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD) so if you are ordering from outside of Australia and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can still order by credit card but your currency will be automatically converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction. Banks often charge currency conversion fees and conversion rates vary from day to day. Courtney Zheng is not responsible for the final amount charged by your bank. You should contact your bank or credit provider for details.

Courtney Zheng owns the intellectual property of its garment and product designs, fabric designs and images. Courtney Zheng prohibits the use of its designs and images for any purpose without prior written permission from Courtney Zheng. Reproduction of part or all of the website content is prohibited apart from individual or personal usage. No part of this Website may be reproduced or shared with a third party. The permission to copy by an individual does not allow for the inclusion of material or any part of it in any work of publication, in any form including hard copy or electronic without Our express permission.

If the Product is not delivered to You prior to any termination of this Agreement by Courtney Zheng, we will refund to You any payment You have made prior to termination.

Courtney Zheng may terminate the agreement under which You can use this Website immediately and without notice if you are in breach of any terms of this agreement.

This Terms of Sale and Use of Website Agreement, together with the policies on this Website are the entire agreement between Us.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

If any clause or part of a clause is illegal, unenforceable or invalid, that clause or part is to be treated as removed from this Agreement without affecting the remainder of the agreement.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Courtney Zheng mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Courtney Zheng (“Courtney Zheng”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Courtney Zheng’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Courtney Zheng through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. The service will include promotional messages such as promotions, specials, coupons, and other marketing offers; it will also include transactional messages such as order updates and account alerts.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Courtney Zheng. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Courtney or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Courtney Zheng mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
