Courtney Zheng ships worldwide, dispatching from our warehouse in Sydney everyday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $300. For orders under $300, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8.

We will use the most efficient courier within our network, including DHL, Couriers Please, Aramex and AusPost Parcel Post. Estimated delivery times are within 2-5 days from date of dispatch.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer express shipping within Australia for a flat rate of $15.

Estimated delivery times are within 1-3 days from date of dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

STANDARD SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS and have an estimated arrival time of 5-10 working days.

- International shipments to New Zealand are charged at a flat rate of $15.

- International shipments to the USA, UK, Canada and EU are charged at a flat rate of $30.

- International shipments to the rest of the world are charged at a flat rate of $50.

DUTIES & TAXES

Duties & taxes differ for each country.

Please check with your local customs authorities prior to your purchase to be clear on any duties & taxes you might incur. These charges will be payable by you when the goods arrive in your country.

RETURNS

Courtney Zheng pieces are designed for versatility and longevity. With that in mind, we will gladly offer a credit note, exchange or refund for change of mind purchases, when requested within 7 days of receipt of an order.

All returned garments must have original labelling attached, and the garment must be in its original condition. Garments must not have been worn or washed. 

THE PROCESS

1. Email us at info@courtneyzheng.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. 

2. Let us know your order number, what garment/s you would like to return, and if you would like an exchange, credit note or refund.

3. If you would like an exchange, please let us know what style or size you would like to exchange for, so we can reserve it for you. 

4.  In our return email, we will provide you with a return reference number to include in your package. 

5.  Ship your parcel back to us. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We will allow a drop off service if you are in the Sydney Metro area. 

Please note: You are responsible for any damage incurred to the items during the return shipment. Please send the products well packaged, in their original box and/or packaging if possible. Tracking on your parcel is recommended.

6.  We will process your refund, exchange or credit note within 3-5 business days.
