Courtney Zheng ships worldwide, dispatching from our warehouse in Sydney everyday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $300.
For orders under $300, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8.
We will use the most efficient courier within our network, including DHL, Couriers Please, Aramex and AusPost Parcel Post. Estimated delivery times are within 2-5 business days from date of dispatch.
3 HOUR DELIVERY
3 Hour Delivery is available to Sydney Metro addresses for orders placed before midday from Monday to Friday. Prices are variable and calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
You will receive live updates and will be able to track your package location in real-time while it makes it's way to you. You must provide a contact number and be available to accept the delivery, or it will be returned to COURTNEY ZHENG. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer express shipping within Australia for a flat rate of $15.
Estimated delivery times are within 1-3 business days from date of dispatch.

DUTIES & TAXES
Duties & taxes may differ for each country.
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). No additional charges are incurred on arrival.
RETURNS
Courtney Zheng pieces are designed for versatility and longevity. With that in mind, we will gladly offer a credit note, exchange or refund for change of mind purchases, when requested within 14 days of receipt of an order.
All returned garments must have original labelling attached, and the garment must be in its original condition. Garments must not have been worn or washed.
SALE ITEMS
All items purchased on sale are valid for an exchange or credit note only, unless deemed faulty.
Sale items purchased at 50% discount or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund.
CUSTOM ITEMS
Custom items are not eligible for a refund. In the highly unlikely chance there is a fault or error with your order, our atelier will alter or replace at our cost.
We endeavour to check all items thoroughly to ensure the quality and make is to an exemplary standard. Should you have queries on sizing or fit, please do not hesitate to reach out to info@courtneyzheng.com
THE PROCESS
1. Lodge your returns request at this portal
2. Let us know your order number, what garment/s you would like to return, and if you would like an exchange, credit note or refund.
3. If you would like an exchange, please let us know what style or size you would like to exchange for, so we can reserve it for you.
4. In our return email, we will provide you with a return reference number to include in your package.
5. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note: You are responsible for any damage incurred to the items during the return shipment. Please send the products well packaged, in their original box and/or packaging if possible. Tracking on your parcel is recommended.
6. International orders shipped via DHL include a return label for your convenience. If used, a flat fee of $50 will be deducted from the refund/credit note.
7. We will process your refund, exchange or credit note within 3-5 business days.
